Red Roses team v USA: six changes as Ellie Kildunne stays on the bench
The New Jersey Test on Friday 30 October, kick-off 11.15pm SAST, is England's last WXV Global Series game and their final match of the international year.

John Mitchell has made six changes to his England side for the USA Test, looking for a response after the Red Roses lost two in a row for the first time in a decade. Ellie Kildunne again starts among the replacements.
The match in New Jersey on Friday 30 October kicks off at 9.15pm GMT (11.15pm SAST). It is England's last game in the WXV Global Series and the last of their international year, which gives Mitchell one more chance to end a difficult run on a better note.
Kildunne waits for a recall
The full-back, who has 67 England caps and was World Rugby player of the year in 2024, again has to settle for a replacement's role. Emma Sing keeps the number 15 jersey.
A new half-back pairing
Further out, centre Tatyana Heard and wing Claudia Moloney-MacDonald join the starting backline, while Meg Jones leads the side from outside centre.
Up front, Mackenzie Carson and Maud Muir start at prop, with Hannah Botterman and Sarah Bern making way.
Mitchell described the reshuffle as a way of widening his options. "We're rotating some positions this week to refresh the group, create opportunities and continue building our depth," he said.
He added a reminder for the whole squad: "Everyone has a role, and everyone is accountable for our standards."
