Esteban Capilla is in line for a Test debut after France coach Fabien Galthié named a matchday 23 reshaped by a training-ground injury.

Galthié announced his squad for the Nations Championship Test against Fiji in Lyon on Saturday 7 November 2026. The uncapped loose forward Capilla is set to come off the bench, and he gets his place because Oscar Jegou was ruled out with a rib injury sustained in training.

Antoine Dupont captains France from scrum-half, where he is partnered by Romain Ntamack at fly-half.

There is also a first start in the midfield. Kalvin Gourgues lines up at centre alongside Yoram Moefana, having won four caps off the bench.
