Alex Nankivell Munster contract extended by two years to 2029
The 29-year-old centre, who arrived from the Chiefs in 2023, has played 58 times for the province, and Munster say he has ambitions to play international rugby.

Alex Nankivell will stay at Munster until 2029 after the centre agreed two more years with the province, and the club say they hope his next step is international rugby.
Nankivell, 29, moved to Munster from the Chiefs in the summer of 2023.
In the three years since, he has made 58 appearances for Munster, and this contract extension keeps him there for at least two more years.
Munster general manager Ian Costello praised the centre's influence at the club. "Alex is a highly valued and respected member of the squad who has made a massive contribution both on and off the pitch since joining Munster," Costello said. "We are delighted that he has committed his future to the club."
Costello also spoke about where Nankivell's career could go next. He said the centre has ambitions to play at international level and that Munster hope to see him get there soon.
