Jake White named Fiji head coach through 2027 World Cup
White will make his debut against Japan in Tokyo next week, and he is set to relocate to Fiji to scout local talent.

Fiji have appointed former Bulls coach Jake White as head coach, with his brief running through to the 2027 Rugby World Cup in Australia, according to TimesLIVE.
Fiji Rugby Union chair John Sanday announced the appointment at a press conference with White on Tuesday. White replaces Senirusi Seruvakula, who was interim coach after Mick Byrne's departure in April.
Fiji head coach plans for the coming weeks
White is set to take charge of Fiji for the first time when they face Japan in a Test in Tokyo the following week. He said he would move to Fiji and spend time with Fijian Drua while following club rugby at home to pinpoint emerging players.
White's record
White took the Bulls to three United Rugby Championship finals in five years and lost all three. He departed after last year's final defeat by Leinster.
Fiji are ranked 10th in the world and drawn in Pool C at the 2027 World Cup with Argentina, Canada and Spain.
